all great. and ur age has not so much to do with it.
if u have not a good personality and sense of a perfectionist without neglecting the first mentioned.
start little then go as ellaborate as you wish.
making connections with various suppliers.
hostly i watch my boss getting really antsy when he had enough bs-ing.
lots of stress involved in this field if u are not so good at it. so naturally make sure u dont run out of creativity.
so, age does not matter.

I’m considering going back to school for my masters and changing careers.Is 45 yrs old too late?
For the Meeting professionals out there, is 45 years old too late to get the training I need to work in Event Management? I've been managing events for about 10 years in volunteer positions, but I'm ready to take my creative abilities and organizational skills to a serious and professional level. What's the median age for this growing industry? George Washington University in Washington DC seems to have a great program for this. What do you think?
