What's the best type of massage to get to relieve back and neck stress?

ex: Rolling stone massage, thai massage, Mud Wrap…
This will be my first professional massage.

I am a massage therapist. I recently just completed a myofascial release course. It is AMAZING stuff. It's a very slow relaxing process. Throughout all your muscles you have connective tissue, (like the white stuff in an orange) that tissue is like hard jello. In myofascial you melt that connective tissue (hard jello) into a soft warm liquidy muscle. Then the therapist is able to get VERY deep into the muscle without it feeling uncomfortable or hurting. You will feel twitches throughout your body like when you first start to fall asleep. This is just the muscle letting go and releasing… you will feel like a new person!

What type of massage to reduce tense'ness, stress, sleeplessness?
